Blending Pommard and Dijon 777 clones, this is aromatic to the brink of pungent, with a striking scent of Italian herbs, plums and cherries. As with all the Le Cadeau Pinots, there is a compelling smoothness and a well-integrated mix of herb, fruit, acid and tannin. The barrel aging puts a streak of mocha through the finish.
