Aromas of blackberry coulis, raspberry leaf, graphite, and fire-roasted bell peppers with a slightly chewy, vibrant, dryish medium-full body and a warming, com-plex, long dark chocolate, pumpernickel, black cassis, jamón serrano, and black licorice finish with chewy tannins and moderate oak flavor.
