Tasting Notes
Bright dark yellow. Rich, very Gewürz nose of grapefruit, mango, crystallized ginger, cinnamon and smoke. Then typically Dirstelberg in its broad mouthfeel and obvious, fleshy flavors of tropical fruit and spices. Finishes long and clean, with a hint of noticeable residual sweetness and a strong note of orange oil and marmalade. Very aromatic Gewürz blessed with good, balanced acidity. This is the best wine Bursin made on the Dirstelberg in this year.
