Brilliant white with intense perlage. Fresh nose of pineapple and white peach. Intense and balanced in the drink with a lot of consistency, well dosed, not too sweet, shows excellent play between fruit, acid and perlage, builds up nicely, shows strength in the mouth, ends fresh fruit in the final.
