(60% garnacha, 20% carinena and 20% cabernet sauvignon): Opaque ruby. Aromas of cherry, blackberry and peppery spices, plus a smoky topnote and a hint of minerality. Lively and subtly sweet, with bitter cherry and dark fruit flavors picking up a suave floral nuance with air. A suggestion of succulent herbs comes up with air and carries through the long, youthfully tannic finish. This wine likes a little air.
