Inspired by a popular cocktail made with the Scaldis Ambrée and fresh peach juice, Scaldis Pêche Mel has been a year-round addition to the Brasserie Dubuisson portfolio since 2009 and is a portrait of balance. The natural fruit aromas provide a beautiful harmony with the bitterness of the Ambrée, allowing for a full-bodied and completely balanced beer – lacking the sweetness of the fruited lambics to the north and, at 8.5% ABV, significantly heavier than the radlers to the east.
