Winery Overview
A partnership between Arnaud Combier, Francois de Nicolay of Chandon de Briailles (Savigny), Jeff Carrel, this estate delivers exceptional wines from distinct Beaujolais appellations. Harvested manually from “en goblet” vines. Traditional fermentation 7-14 days with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks. No additions in vinification (sulfites, enzymes, etc). Settled in small French oak barrels for 2-4 months. Matured in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling. Minimal sulfur is added at bottling.

Tasting Notes
Aromatic and fresh, the wine is bursting with notes of yellow fruits. Initially round and full on the palate, developing into a tonic freshness and tense finish. Perfect with rich seafood and pastas, roasted chicken and more.
