    Elevación1250

    Tequila Blanco

    Mexico, Jalisco

    Producer Overview

Elevación1250 Tequila is produced at the venerable Hacienda de Oro, a fourth generation distillery owned by the Partida family that is committed to the Mexican culture and community. Produced with sustainably grown and harvested Blue Weber agave, this 100% additive-free tequila has meaning and value to people who produce it. At the helm of the distillery is the award-winning Master Distiller Iliana Partida , who ensures the highest level of production quality. Named after the high elevations of Los Valles, Jalisco, Mexico, Elevación1250 is distilled from Blue Weber agave that is matured seven years before harvesting. The agave are tended to by jimadors in the community of Amatitán, the small town where people are dedicated to preserving the unique heritage and sustainable production methods used by the Partida family for decades. The terroir of Los Valles plays a crucial role in shaping the flavor and aroma profiles of the agave plants used to produce our tequila. This world-renowned valley where our agave fields lie benefits from the volcanic soil, climate and unique altitude that gives our tequilas a forward mineral and herbaceous notes. Expect more complex tasting notes of cooked agave, white pepper and grass with a hint of light lemon and pear.
