Winery Overview
Certified HVE Sustainable. A family domaine, owned by the father-and-son team of Robert and Damien Martin, Son Damien now manages all aspects of the viticulture and winemaking. All wines are made from estate grown grapes grown « lutte raisonée. » Vines are guyot-cane trained and every other row of vines is plowed. Full malolactic. Matured about 6 months onfine lees. Both the stainless and barrel fermented wine are then blended for a richer, creamier texture without any perceptible oaky nose or taste.

Viticulture
From estate-grown fruit. Certified in sustainable agriculture. Vines are guyot-cane trained and every other row of vines is plowed. From vines averaging 5 to 23-years old, with the oldest parcels at 60+ years old.
Tasting Notes
Offers floral, citrus and white fruit aromas over a backdrop of almonds, hazelnuts and vanilla. Round and rich, with the backbone of acidity and minerality lending beautiful balance to the wine.
