    Distilling Process

Genever, lavender flowers, Amoretti natural honey extract, Amoretti natural lemon extract, Amoretti natural ginger extract, cane sugar, citric acid, filtered water. Inspired by the traditional early 1900’s cocktail - The Bees Knees. Our genever style gin blended with sunny flavors of lavender and honey. We infuse our genever with whole, dried lavender flowers, then sweeten it with a generous amount of cane sugar and add natural extracts to make it taste like it came straight from the queen bee herself.

    Tasting Note

Sweet, floral lavender at the start, then the warmth of the ginger washes over your tongue accompanied by the bright flavor of lemon zest with a zing of tart acidity. The genever botanicals provide a note of herbal complexity that heightens the citrus and ties everything together.
